The FC Frederick Juniors Program is designed as a transition piece from the Academy Program to the Seniors Program. Targeted at middle school aged players, the Juniors program attempts to enhance and safeguard the attacking, creative instincts developed in the Academy Program while developing better positional and tactical awareness in players.
The Juniors Director oversees all aspects of the Juniors Program, and works with the Director of Coaching to develop and implement curricular goals for all players and coaches. FC Frederick's current Juniors Director, Chuck Hommey, brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the program. Annual evaluations take place each June for the coming year.
