Welcome to the FC Frederick help area. This area has many of the frequently asked questions regarding the FC Frederick website and its' usage. We hope you are able to find the solution to your question or problem. If not, please use our contact form to get in touch with the appropriate person.

• How do I change my Contact Information?
	You must click the "myFC" link in the Quick menu. There, you need to log into your account and then click on 'change my information'.
• How do I change my password?
	You must click the "myFC" link in the Quick menu. There, you need to log into your account and then click on 'change my information'. Click the 'Change Password' box.
• How do I change my children's Information?
	You must click the "myFC" link in the Quick menu. There, you need to select the child in question under the "Your Players" area. Once selected, their player information will appear for you to change.
• What do I do if I forgot my password?
	Click the "Forgot Password" link within the Quick menu. Enter any of the emails associated with your account and the system will email you your current password to the email address you entered.
• How do I stop receiving FC Frederick News emails?
	You must click the "myFC" link in the Quick menu. There, you need to log into your account and then click on 'change my information'. Click the 'I DO NOT wish to receive email...' checkbox. (This will NOT prevent you from receiving emails related to specific events you have signed up for)
• How do I apply for Scholorship/Financial assistance?
